Overview
An exciting and fast-growing IR consultancy is seeking an IR Manager to join its team. The role will be supporting the IR Directors in servicing the consultancy’s growing client base, which includes well-known and highly regarded brands. The work is varied and challenging and will suit an individual who likes a fast-paced working environment. Based in the City, working hours are flexible and the consultancy supports a level of home working. 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with financial reporting, including drafting and reviewing of press releases, presentations and scripts
  • Speaking to sell-side analysts and maintaining consensus models
  • Coordinating roadshows and attending investor meetings and conferences
  • Share register and CRM reporting, including investor targeting
  • Input into Annual Report processes
  • Managing logistics for results presentations
  • Research projects into IR best practice
  • Other client work, including attending client meetings regularly and drafting Board papers

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills with ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously, at times in a “virtual” team environment 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel

Experience
Financial background essential with an accounting or equivalent qualification preferred
