Before joining Edison Group, Angela was Head of Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs and Brand at The Co-operative Bank, and previously spent 5 years working in the IR team at Lloyds Banking Group.
At Edison Group, Angela supports organisations with elevating their investor and corporate communications, building and delivering their IR strategy and broadening engagement across the investor landscape.

I am a Director at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), working within the Debt Capital Markets Team. My role focuses on building out the Exchange’s relationships with the advisory community, with a particular emphasis on Investment Banks and Law Firms. Over the past several years, I have been pivotal in the conversation and introduction of both the Access Bond and the Plain Vanilla Listed Bond (PVLB), which represent the most significant changes for UK Corporate Bond Issuers in over two decades. My career in Debt Capital Markets spans more than 30 years, and I’ve had the privilege of working at some of the most respected institutions in the sector, including BNP Paribas, Barclays, UBS, Citi and others.
