Claire joined SEGRO as head of IR in 2018. Prior to this she spent 10 years working in corporate access origination roles at first Goldman Sachs and then Exane BNP Paribas with a focus on banks, insurance and real estate. She started her career on the equity graduate scheme at Goldman Sachs.

Siobhán has more than 18 years’ expertise in Investor Relations, and more than 10 years’ capital markets experience in equity research and within investment management. She is currently Interim Head of IR at Smiths Group, and was previously Head of IR at Spectris and Deputy Head of IR at BG Group. Prior to her career in IR, Siobhán was a research analyst covering the utilities sector at UBS, and also worked at a leading UK investment management company.

Sarah Bellamy has worked in the IR profession for two decades. She joined the IR team at Harbour Energy in 2024 to manage their investor outreach programme, having previously spent 15 years in a similar role at NatWest Group. Before moving in-house, Sarah gained her experience on the service side of IR. In her first role she gained extensive knowledge of the City and roadshow coordination working with clients on their private client broker access. During this time Sarah gained the Certificate of IR qualification. She then spent time in corporate finance working in JPMorgan Cazenove’s IR team and project management at IR consultancy Imagination Investor Communications. Sarah has a degree in Engineering from Durham University and a Certificate of Higher Education in Astronomy from University College London.

Louise has a decade of experience in Investor Relations across multiple sectors and for global companies spanning UK, US and Australian listing regimes. Louise is currently Head of Investor Relations at Johnson Matthey, having joined as Senior Investor Relations Manager in 2018. Previously she was Investor Relations Manager at Janus Henderson – formerly Henderson – where she was involved in the communication of a transformational, cross-border merger of equals. Prior to this, Louise worked for a strategy consultancy having initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Louise completed her MChem in Chemistry at the University of Oxford.

Alistair is an Investor Relations and Corporate Communications specialist with over a decade of experience advising management teams of UK and international companies. He has helped management teams strengthen their relationships with investors, build support for their strategies and compete effectively for investment. He has successfully steered companies through critical moments including profit warnings, transactions, M&A, IPOs, placings, disposals, CVAs, administrations, restructuring programmes, crises and activism. He also has particular expertise across ESG, digital communications, crisis and issues management. He holds both The Certificate and The Diploma in Investor Relations. Alistair has a degree in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds.

Jenni Fulton is the Managing Partner at Emperor, the UK's largest employee-owned strategic and creative communications consultancy. With over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, Jenni has collaborated with numerous listed organisations to enhance their investor engagement, reporting, and corporate communications. Her expertise spans multiple sectors, from large-cap multinationals through to growth companies new to listed life. Jenni leads the Emperor teams across London, Birmingham and Manchester and is passionate about pushing the agenda for clearer, more relevant and connected stakeholder communications.

Jane is an experienced IRO with both an in-house and advisory background. Jane joined the Investor Relations team at BAT in 2023, after working in the Investor Relations team at Tesco. Originally on the sell-side, Jane worked in the City for 20 years – at Citigroup (Equity Research and Corporate Access, working in both New York and London) and then Exane BNP Paribas, providing Corporate Access and IR advisory services to their corporate clients. Jane has a PhD in Animal Behaviour from Bristol University.

Robert is Co-Founder and MD at RMS Partners, a specialist investor relations consultancy. He has been engaging with investors and advising companies since 2004. He began his City career at Broker Profile culminating in heading up both the investor access and client management functions with a particular focus on the FTSE100 and FTSE250 clients. Robert also established the successful Investor Analytics division. Robert has an MA in Economics & Business from Edinburgh University as well as having a Graduate Diploma in Law and successfully completing the Bar Vocational Course.

Josh joined MUFG Corporate Markets in 2024 as Head of Partnerships and Intermediaries. With over a decade of Capital Markets experience, across Share Registration, Investor Relations, and Corporate Governance Josh is responsible for fostering relationships and driving strategic initiatives and partnerships in the Capital Markets ecosystem.

Senior finance and investor relations executive with 20 years of experience across leading global healthcare companies. Currently Senior VP, Head of Investor Relations at Fresenius Group (since Oct 2024). Previously held the same role at GSK (2021–2024) and multiple leadership positions at AstraZeneca (2005–2021) spanning investor relations, global strategy, business development, and operations. Expertise in finance, strategic planning, business development, and competitive analysis.

Anneka joined the IR Society in May 2024 as Events Manager. Her most recent role was at the Association of Foreign Banks as Senior Practice, Events and Training Associate. Prior to that, she has worked in various membership organisations such as the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, British Council for Offices, and Industry and Parliament Trust, managing a wide variety of events and training programmes. Anneka has a degree in Event Management from Bournemouth University. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Matt is CEO at The Investor Relations Society, where he is responsible for the delivery of the Society's strategic and operational objectives. Prior to joining the Society, Matt held senior roles for representative membership organisations within financial and professional services, including UK Finance, the Chartered Insurance Institute, and TheCityUK. Matt is a Non-Executive Director at the Association of Democratic Services Officers (ADSO) and has an MBA from Bayes Business School.
