Jonathan Hall is a Managing Director at PJT Partners in London and one of the market's most experienced advisers on UK public company takeovers. Over 21 years, he has advised corporate boards and financial sponsors on recommended and contested M&A situations in the UK. Jonathan advised Sky on the unsolicited approach from 21st Century Fox and its ultimate £36bn sale to Comcast — one of the largest competitive UK public takeovers of all time. His other target-side work includes advising the Board of Intertek as independent Rule 3 adviser on the current £9.5bn recommended offer from EQT, Inmarsat, William Hill and Charter International. Jonathan also has extensive experience advising bidders — both corporate and private equity — on acquisitions of UK listed companies.

Ms. Pan works across PJT's UK advisory platform, originating Board and senior executive relationships and connecting them to the firm's strategic advisory, shareholder advisory and capital markets capabilities. She advises on shareholder governance, investor engagement and strategic communications. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Ms. Pan was a Partner at Brunswick Group in London, where she founded the firm's global ESG advisory practice. Previously, Ms. Pan was an Executive Director in International Equity Sales at J.P. Morgan in New York and London, where she created and led the bank's first dedicated international team introducing corporate leadership across EMEA, Asia and Latin America to the firm's institutional investor platform.
