Finance Committee
The Finance Committee of the Investor Relations Society is responsible for overseeing the Society’s financial management and control at a strategic level.
Its core function is to set and oversee the annual budget and monitor financial performance. The Committee reviews and makes recommendations on the investment of surplus funds, oversees financial controls such as spending authorities and banking arrangements, and monitors the management of debtors and creditors, reporting key issues and decisions to the Board to support sound financial governance and risk management.
