Bethany has been Director of Investor Relations at Dr. Martens Plc since its IPO in February 2021. Prior to this Bethany held the same role at Domino’s Pizza Plc and N Brown Group Plc. Bethany previously worked as a sell-side analyst covering European General Retail at both Berenberg and Investec, and for capital markets advisory firm Makinson Cowell. She is a CFA charterholder.

Previously Investor Relations Director at Tritax Group, Director at CEN Advisory, and Director at BlackRock leading UK Fundamental Equity strategy. Earlier roles at Goldman Sachs, BSkyB, and UBS in marketing and IR. Extensive experience across asset management, investment banking, and corporate strategy.

Vice President of Investor Relations & Communications at Eurowag, leading global IR and corporate comms. Formerly Head of IR at Brewin Dolphin, driving its £1.6bn sale to RBC and launching its first ESG report. Earlier senior IR roles at Vodafone, Cable & Wireless, TalkTalk, and Credit Suisse. Recognised for strategic leadership, investor engagement, and sustainability initiatives across FTSE-listed companies.

Charlie has been working with technologies associated with investor communications for over 20 years. After an early career in the British Army, he joined Investis becoming Head of UK Sales and Partnerships in 2003. He later set up Orient Capital’s London office, before spending a brief period in IR consulting, where he realised that the IR community needs better insight, more than it needs advice. A firm believer in listening and innovating to solve problems, he launched QuantiFire in 2013.
