Boyd is passionate about helping venture capital funds launch and be successful. Boyd helps venture funds set up and launch, raise capital and make investments. He then acts as the investment manager for the duration of the fund life. Boyd has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. He has overseen the development of Sapphire into a multi-award-winning investment firm that manages micro venture capital funds, investing in a broad range of sectors, including technology, robotics, design, health, and renewables.

Amy is a partner in our Equity Advisory team. Amy has 17 years buyside investment experience where she was a financial services sector specialist at Highclere International Investors and Martin Currie Investment Management. Amy brings extensive experience of investing in banks, insurance companies and diversified financials. Amy was responsible for idea generation, company modelling and investment recommendations of all financial stocks, in regular and close contact with senior management. Amy has also been at the forefront of ESG initiatives, acting as the ESG Lead at Highclere, playing a crucial role in advancing the firm's ESG integration process and investor engagement activities
