Director, Head of Business Development & Strategy UK & Europe Issuer Solutions - S&P Global Market Intelligence
Loren Dufton is Head of Business Development & Strategy for EMEA within Issuer Solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence. She brings over 25 years of experience across corporate broking and the investor relations industry, with deep expertise in supporting issuers through key market events and strategic engagement.
Loren began her career in corporate broking, building a strong foundation in capital markets and issuer advisory. She has since held a number of senior leadership roles, successfully managing both operational functions and sales teams, while driving growth and delivering business transformation in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Since joining S&P Global in 2019 as Head of Client Services, Loren has played a key role in restructuring and strengthening the EMEA team. She has worked closely with product and commercial leadership to support the continued development of the investor relations offering, contributing to both strategic direction and market expansion.
Appointed deputy fund manager of the M&G Smaller Companies Fund in July 2021. Joined M&G UK Equities team in 2019 from DWS Group where she was Director UK Equities and a portfolio manager and analyst in the Pan-European team.
Prior to this, Hilary worked at Barclays Global Investments & Solutions as a portfolio manager with the multi-manager team and with F&C Asset Management as a Director in the UK Equities team.
Graduated from the University of Birmingham with an LLB in Law.
Amy is a partner in our Equity Advisory team. Amy has 17 years buyside investment experience where she was a financial services sector specialist at Highclere International Investors and Martin Currie Investment Management.
Amy brings extensive experience of investing in banks, insurance companies and diversified financials. Amy was responsible for idea generation, company modelling and investment recommendations of all financial stocks, in regular and close contact with senior management.
Amy has also been at the forefront of ESG initiatives, acting as the ESG Lead at Highclere, playing a crucial role in advancing the firm's ESG integration process and investor engagement activities
Alex is a Director of Research at Fidelity International, where he manages a number of European equity analysts across different sectors. Alex has over 20 years of equities experience. Prior to joining Fidelity, Alex published independent research on global all cap stocks. Previously, Alex was an analyst and portfolio manager at Highclere International Investors, an equity research associate at Sanford C Bernstein and a policy analyst at HM Treasury.
