IR Webinar: Preparing for AGM Season

On 21st February 2023, with AGM season approaching we held a webinar which offered the corporate and investor perspective of priorities for 2023 and things companies should be on the lookout for as they prepare for their AGM.

As the UK endured the cost of living crisis after a tumultuous 12 months, our panel discussed key issues like the proliferation of ESG matters, voting and remuneration, looked back at 2022 and what they think will be on the AGM agenda and in focus for 2023 - including the position of Say on Climate votes and the change to pre-emption rights.
