Ross is an experienced IRO with both an in-house and advisory background at the start of a 35yr City career, before moving into IR in 2009, where he has worked at a variety of FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies, including undertaking a NASDAQ IPO. Ross is currently Head of IR for FTSE250 ZIGUP plc which has recently won both UK and European mid-cap website awards. ZIGUP also won best innovation in IR in 2025, and launched the FTSE's first website-based AI search tool in 2024. He has led AI for IRO-focused seminars on the IR Society DELIVER programme and both moderated and spoken on a number of AI panels. Ross was a Board member of the IR Society 2014-25 and Deputy Chair 2023-25, over that period chairing both Education and Policy Committees. He is a member of the AI Working Group, as well as being a NED on technology consultancy, BlueHat Associates.
Jennifer is Group Head of Investor Relations at MONY Group plc, the FTSE-250 listed, tech‑led savings platform behind MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert and Quidco. She leads engagement with institutional investors and analysts, overseeing equity story development, results communications, capital allocation messaging and shareholder relations globally.
Her broad range of investor relations and corporate activity experience spans the FTSE-100 and FTSE-250. Prior to joining MONY Group in 2024, Jennifer led investor relations at Pennon Group for six years. At MONY Group, she plays a key role in articulating the group’s AI‑led strategy, including how advanced data, automation and generative AI are enhancing customer journeys, driving product innovation and supporting long‑term growth.
Al Loehnis is currently a consultant and board adviser, helping agencies and entrepreneurs in the communications space to build reputation and accelerate growth. He has over 20 years experience in IR and corporate communications, with particular expertise in digital. He was a Director of the Investor Relations Society from 2004-13.
Daniel’s experience is in advising corporates on improving dialogue with investors, engagement with key stakeholders and effectively communicating their purpose and ability to create sustainable value to the outside world. Daniel and is a member of the QCA Governance Expert Group and a CSE Certified Sustainability Practitioner. He also holds the Certificate in Investor Relations and frequently runs thought leadership campaigns in both the corporate comms and sustainability space.

Previously held the same role at GSK (2021–2024) and multiple leadership positions at AstraZeneca (2005–2021) spanning investor relations, global strategy, business development, and operations. Expertise in finance, strategic planning, business development, and competitive analysis.
Dan is Senior Corporate Affairs Manager at Mondi, a global packaging and paper group. His career has focused on how listed companies communicate strategy, performance and reputation across investor and wider stakeholder audiences.
Before joining Mondi, he worked in financial communications and corporate reporting consultancy. His current remit spans strategic communications, reputation management, government affairs, and stakeholder engagement, alongside the implementation of AI across Mondi’s Communications & Marketing function.
His work on AI focuses on translating emerging capabilities into practical applications and workflows, while addressing the governance, quality and reputational considerations that come with adoption.
