Investor Access
Capital Access offers bespoke, MiFID II-compliant programmes connecting companies with the marginal buyer — private client brokers (PCBs) and private client fund managers (PCFMs), wealth managers, smaller institutions, boutique asset managers, and pension funds, many of which operate on a regional basis. We help companies generate fresh investor demand and increase investors' understanding of their equity story through our investor targeting, research, and virtual and face-to-face meetings. All roadshows organised through our Investor Access offering are highly targeted to ensure the best use of IR and management time.
Additionally, our Investor Access Team is in regular contact with investors about your story with client news distributed to our network of investors to keep your equity story front of mind. Our Access offering also includes full, attributed investor feedback, as well as "Market Pulses" (on the day feedback after key announcements), so you can understand the market's views and where investors are in the buying cycle.
