This month we have seen the markets continue to respond to the call for a focus on growth, with the London Stock Exchange discussion paper on the future of AIM highlighting the importance of domestic capital to help companies grow, prompting the launch of the QCA’s AIM Commission. The FCA has also confirmed it will scale back on the scope of various PISCES disclosure requirements to better align with private market practices.
