Investor Relations Manager, FTSE 250

A FTSE 250, technology company are looking for an IR Manager to join its high performing IR team, based in London and reporting to the Head of IR.

The role will have a lot of autonomy and responsibility, with exposure internally and externally with the broad investment community. You will lead on the drafting of announcements, presentations, scripts and Q&As around results periods and adhoc communications. You will manage consensus, engaging with analysts to ensure models are accurate and up to date. You will join management and IR on roadshows and investor meetings to gain maximum market exposure. You will support on investor targeting and building a successful IR engagement plan. You will keep up to date with market and sector developments, share price movements and peer disclosures to recommend improvements and prepare board reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial and communications background in capital markets, or financial analysis – ideally having had previous experience in an IR team for a FTSE listed company. You must have a high attention to detail and strong Excel and Powerpoint skills. The IR function is highly regarded by the Board and Management, and you must strive for growth and success to be suitable for this opportunity.
