A privately owned company is looking to appoint a Director of IR, based in London.

The role reports to the CFO and will involve working very closely with the CEO and management team. The role will focus on fostering deep and strong relationships with existing private equity investors, ensuring they are regularly informed on financial performance as well as strategic growth and development of the business. Some of the investors may have complex governance structures and constraints and this individual will need to understand these complexities and intricacies and identify a workaround for further investment. As part of the role, you will help to translate the vision of the company to the investors and ensure the opportunities for capital deployment are well understood.

This is a high growth, fast paced business and will be perfect for someone with experience in growth businesses and who can embrace and thrive with change. There is no requirement for listed IR experience, and experience in private growth companies is prioritised as well as experience in investment management or private equity.
