Our client has an exciting opportunity to lead a critical phase of an established FTSE 250 company’s Investor Relations programme during a period of transition.

Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development, you will play a central part in delivering half-year results, preparing for a 2026 Capital Markets event, and shaping high-quality investor engagement across the group. As Senior Manager of Investor Relations, you will oversee the planning and execution of the group’s IR strategy, ensuring consistent and high-quality interactions with analysts, investors, and market participants. You will draft key financial materials, support senior leadership in investor meetings, manage market analysis, and maintain strong relationships with brokers, advisers, roadshows, and PR partners ensuring robust governance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Investor Relations at Manager level or above within a UK-listed environment, ideally in Financial Services. You will have strong financial literacy, excellent communication skills, and a track record of drafting high-quality financial announcements. Confident with senior stakeholders and highly detail-oriented, you will excel in managing complex IR programmes and providing insightful market analysis. This role suits someone collaborative, analytical, resilient, and passionate about delivering best-in-class investor communications. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential.
