A global, leading business in its field has a newly created role in its investor relations team, to support the Head of IR, based in London.

The role will involved supporting the development and execution of the IR strategy, ensuring the company communicates its equity story effectively. You will lead the delivery of results materials including announcements, presentations and key messages. You will work closely with many internal teams including finance, communications, CoSec and the ExCo. Additionally, you will prepare insight reports for the Board, analysing movements in share price, peer benchmarking, share register etc. You will take the lead on share register analysis with a view to ultimately drive investor targeting, ensuring a high quality share register. This role will require close relations with the sell side analysts, ensuring you monitor research, and forecasts and support consensus. The IR  investor engagement programme will be managed in this role, including investor events, roadshows, capital markets days and site visits.

The ideal candidate for this role must have worked in Investor Relations before for a listed corporate.  It is also necessary to have a strong financial background, and an accountancy qualification is advantageous. You must be a strong writer and confident communicator who thrives working with high calibre individuals.
