Strategic Finance & IR Manager

We are hiring a Strategic Finance & IR Manager role for a UK headquartered, high growth FTSE 250 TMT business reporting to the Head of IR & Strategic Finance based in London. You will support the team with:

• FP&A including budgeting and forecasting and monthly board reports, including scenario analysis
• Preparing materials and analysis required for investor and analyst communities, and management/board including consensus
• You will work closely on corporate finance supporting with capital raising activities, with exposure to both equity and debt, and managing the rating agencies

The business operates in emerging markets and there will be opportunities to travel with this role. You must be financially strong with relevant experience in finance/financial modelling or capital markets. You must have strong stakeholder management skills and prior experience working closely with management teams and boards as well as high profile external stakeholders.
