Angela joined The Co-operative Bank in July 2023 as Head of Investor Relations and her role was expanded to include media and PR, partnerships, ESG and Brand in June 2024. Before that Angela was Associate Director of Investor Relations at Lloyds Banking Group, where she worked in a variety of roles spanning 12 years. Angela is a chartered accountant and holds of the CIR qualification.

Will is Head of FI DCM UK/Ireland & Australia at NatWest Markets. He joined the firm in 2013 and has worked in a range of teams including Debt Capital Markets Origination, Capital Solutions, Balance Sheet Advisory and NatWest Group Treasury. In his role he currently leads debt capital markets origination for UK, Irish and Australian Financial Institution clients. Specifically he has led the execution for RMBS, Covered Bond, Senior and Capital bond issues and advises issuers on investor engagement to support their transaction objectives.

Angus joined NatWest Markets in 2022 and has worked within UK & Ireland Banks and Building Societies DCM coverage since 2019, executing a number of Covered Bond, Senior and Capital bond transactions for issuers including OSB Group, Co-operative Bank, Shawbrook, TSB, Santander UK and NatWest Group.
Angus focuses on the UK challenger bank sector, and recently worked on the establishment of Shawbrook’s EMTN programme, in addition to the Co-operative Bank’s new covered bond programme.

Business Development Associate Director, S&P Global Ratings

Lucia Pitteri is Business Development Associate Director at S&P Global Ratings. As part of her role, Lucia focuses on business development activities in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands covering credit ratings and sustainable finance.

Prior to joining S&P in 2019, Lucia worked in the financial sector in Frankfurt. Lucia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Maastricht University and a Master’s Degree in International Finance from the University of Glasgow.
