Alistair is an Investor Relations and Corporate Communications specialist with over a decade of experience advising management teams of UK and international companies.

He has helped management teams strengthen their relationships with investors, build support for their strategies and compete effectively for investment. He has successfully steered companies through critical moments including profit warnings, transactions, M&A, IPOs, placings, disposals, CVAs, administrations, restructuring programmes, crises and activism. He also has particular expertise across ESG, digital communications, crisis and issues management.

He holds both The Certificate and The Diploma in Investor Relations. Alistair has a degree in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds.

Chinmay is an award-winning Senior Social Media Manager at one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, Entain. With extensive experience in corporate communications, Chinmay specialises in corporate reputation and executive communications within social media.

Chinmay has over a decade of global experience within financial services, professional services and the gaming industry. Most recently, Chinmay and his team were awarded with ‘Best Innovation’ at the IR Society Awards for use of social media in Investor Relations. 

Director of Postgraduate Taught programmes at Loughborough Business School

Kenneth is a Professor in the Accounting and Finance research group of Loughborough Business school and the Director of Postgraduate Taught programmes. Prior to this he was an Associate Professorial Lecturer at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a member of the Capital Markets Advisory Committee (CMAC), a body supported by the IFRS Foundation, which interprets proposed accounting changes from the perspective of capital market participants.
Before academia Kenneth was a Managing Director & Head of European Equity Research at Barclays Capital, where he worked for 8 years before leaving in August 2017 to take up a number of academic positions. Prior to this he was also a Managing Director and a ranked accounting and valuation analyst at Citi Investment Research in London.
He holds a doctorate from Aston Business School, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Institute of Taxation and a CFA Charterholder.  He is the co-author of Financial Statement Analysis under IFRS (2018, 6th Ed.), Company Valuation under IFRS (2020, 3rd ed.) and The Valuation Book (2024, Harriman House). He has published in a number of academic journals including Contemporary Accounting research, European Accounting Review and The British Accounting Review.
