IR Webinar: Tips for your Best Practice Awards Entry 2025
The IR Society is delighted to announce the return of our annual Best Practice Awards, taking place on 25 November 2025. The webinar, hosted by BRR Media, will provide an opportunity for your to hear about the awards, the entry process and top tips for your entry.
Join our CEO Laura Hayter, and Dan Redman, Chair of the Best Practice Committee, who will provide an update on the awards 2025.

Laura is CEO at The Investor Relations Society. Formerly Head of Policy and Communications, Laura took on the role of CEO in 2019 and has been with the Society for over 13 years. Laura has been part of the IR community since 2001, and among other roles, she was formerly a director at the IR consultancy, Taylor Rafferty, providing IR advisory services to blue chip clients, both in London and New York. Laura’s particular interests within IR are around career progression, mentoring and professional development. She graduated from the University of Leeds, with an honours degree in German and management studies.

Insights & Engagement Director - Design Portfolio
Daniel Redman is Director of Insights and Engagement at corporate communications consultancy, Design Portfolio. Daniel’s experience is in advising corporates on improving dialogue with investors, engagement with key stakeholders and effectively communicating their purpose and ability to create sustainable value to the outside world. Daniel has been an active member of the IR society for over 10 years and is a member of the QCA Governance Expert Group and a CSE Certified Sustainability Practitioner. He also holds the Certificate in Investor Relations and frequently runs thought leadership campaigns in both the corporate comms and sustainability space.
