Listen to the IR Society’s new podcast….
In conversation with the Financial Reporting Lab on COVID-19, reporting in times of uncertainty, and stakeholders and Section 172.
In this session, Thomas Toomse-Smith and Marie Claire Tabone from the Financial Reporting Lab talk to Kate Heseltine, Head of Policy and Communications at the IR Society, about the excellent work the Lab has embarked upon during the crisis. This includes their two recently published reports on COVID-19, reporting in times of uncertainty: Going concern, risk and viability and Resources, action, the future. We also discuss their recently launched project on stakeholders and Section 172, which coincides with the new requirement this year for companies to prepare a Section 172 statement.
As noted during the podcast, listeners who would like to find out more or take part in the Lab's projects can do so by contacting FinancialReportingLab@frc.org.uk.
