Head of Investor Relations, FTSE 250

Pay: c.£120k base plus bonus

A global, mid cap company is looking to appoint a new Head of Investor Relations, based in London and reporting to the CFO.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hungry, capable, analytical individual who has a good understanding of IR practices but wants to grow and learn in the role. You will be the key spokesperson for the company, interacting with the investment community of analysts, investors, brokers and telling the equity story.  You will lead on the preparation of results materials including announcements and presentations and you must be highly numerate.  The role will allow a broader remit to get involved in other parts of the business in more quieter times. This is an ideal next step for a current IR Manager or Senior Manager who is looking to make that step up to Head of IR.

Candidates must have a strong financial background in FP&A, IR or capital markets and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have prior IR experience in a UK listed company.
