IR Manager (Senior)

Pay: c.£100-110k

We are hiring for a London based, IR Manager for a FTSE 250 within the financial services sector.

The role will report to the Head of IR and you will support them with all aspects of delivering an effective and proactive IR programme. You will lead on results announcements and materials including press releases, presentations, scripts, Q&A and adhoc investor communications. You will lead on the delivery of the Annual Report and build relationships with internal stakeholders for a successful flow of information. You will manage consensus, reviewing analyst models and ensuring it is up to date and a true reflection of the markets expectations for the company. You will work closely with the debt team on roadshows and fundraising as well as plan equity roadshows and prepare briefing notes ahead of investor meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in IR or capital markets, ideally within financial services, and be highly numerical and analytical. A background in finance or accounting is advantageous. This role requires strong written skills and a self-starter, who is confident at regular engagement with senior management and Board members.
