Daniele joined Georgeson in 2010 and specialises in corporate governance, executive remuneration and ESG analysis. Daniele has more than twenty years of experience advising institutional investors and corporations on corporate governance, executive remuneration, ESG and proxy voting issues. At Georgeson he leads the 12-member European ESG and governance advisory team as well as editing numerous publications, including Georgeson’s annual European AGM Season Review. Previously he worked as Senior Researcher at PIRC Ltd, a London-based proxy advisory firm, and at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Deminor in Brussels. Daniele is Italian and is fluent in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish.

Jocelyn Brown is the head of Governance, EMEA and APAC, for T. Rowe Price International Ltd. She is a member of the ESG Committee. Jocelyn is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Jocelyn's industry experience began in 2008, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the Governance department. Prior to this, Jocelyn was employed by the UK Railways Pension Scheme in the area of sustainable ownership. 

Jocelyn earned an M.A. in history from the University of Cambridge and an M.B.A., with distinction, from Imperial College London.

Daniel previously worked within the asset management industry with over 25 years’ experience with Schroders Investment Management as their Head of Corporate Governance and Wellington Management as Stewardship Practice Leader.

Keller is the worlds largest specialist geotechnical contractor, making foundations for buildings and infrastructure around the world. Keller is headquartered in London, with 10,000 employees around the world.

Luke is responsible for sustainability strategy, engagement and reporting across the Keller Group. He has a PhD in sustainability, focused on supporting the adoption of improved sustainable processes across all functions of a geotechnical company. Luke also chairs the European (EFFC) Sustainability Working Group and has authored several papers on construction company sustainability.

Glanbia is an Irish multinational nutrition company that owns several consumer brands that produce lifestyle products (B2C) and we also have an nutritional solutions business (B2B). Glanbia is headquartered in Ireland with over 5,500 employees in over 30 countries around the world.

 Joanne Grace, Bcomm and Fellow Accountants Chartered of Ireland. She has worked with Glanbia for the past 11 years, in a number of roles, most recently within ESG reporting – primary responsibility for ensuring Glanbia meets their regulatory sustainability reporting requirements and supports meeting broader stakeholder information demands including investors and customers.  During her time with Glanbia,  Joanne has overseen compliance with TCFD and EU Taxonomy disclosure requirements and is responsible for the annual sustainability report, which is drafted in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standards.  As Glanbia prepares for reporting under CSRD, Joanne and her team have overseen implementation of CSRD readiness programme which includes the completion of Double Materiality Assessment.

Ailsa heads up the financial communications team at Hanover supporting clients develop messaging to strengthen their relationships within the financial industry. She has navigated CVAs, restructures, positive and negative financial results as well as transaction communications for some of the UK’s largest household names.

More broadly, Ailsa is a corporate and crisis communications specialist. She has managed several CEO profiling programmes for businesses that have a particular policy ask. She has devised and led on campaign communications, narrative development and policy communications for clients including Amazon, Barclaycard Payments, Budweiser Brewing Group, Microsoft, Pizza Hut and Sky. Prior to Hanover Communications, Ailsa sat in the Corporate & Financial team at Edelman. She graduated from the University of Leeds, with a BA Honours degree in Latin & Spanish and also holds the IR Society Certificate for Investor Relations.

Jane is an experienced IRO with both an in-house and advisory background. Jane joined the Investor Relations team at BAT in 2023, after working in the Investor Relations team at Tesco. Originally on the sell-side, Jane worked in the City for 20 years – at Citigroup (Equity Research and Corporate Access, working in both New York and London) and then Exane BNP Paribas, providing Corporate Access and IR advisory services to their corporate clients. Jane has a PhD in Animal Behaviour from Bristol University.
