Whilst this is predominately aimed at those working in or with fixed income IR teams, we encourage those working equity that would like to broaden their awareness of Debt IR to also attend.

Angela Catlin is Director of Investor Relations and Communications at Edison Group and Chair of the IR Society Debt Steering Group.

Before joining Edison Group, Angela was Head of Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs and Brand at The Co-operative Bank, and previously spent 5 years working in the IR team at Lloyds Banking Group.

At Edison Group, Angela supports organisations with elevating their investor and corporate communications, building and delivering their IR strategy and broadening engagement across the investor landscape.

Prior to joining the Society, Matt held senior roles for representative membership organisations within financial and professional services, including UK Finance, the Chartered Insurance Institute, and TheCityUK. Matt is a Non-Executive Director at the Association of Democratic Services Officers (ADSO) and has an MBA from Bayes Business School.

Matt is Vice Chairman of UK Investment Banking at UBS, having previously worked at Credit Suisse as Co-Head of UK Investment Banking and Corporate Broking. Matt started his career at Credit Suisse in 1997 where he worked until 2010 before spending 10 years at Deutsche Bank where he ran the Corporate Broking business. Matt’s current clients include Bunzl, CCH, Halma and Intertek and over the last 27 years in the broking industry, he has advised the likes of Barratt Developments, Carphone Warehouse, BAT, Diageo, IAG, ITV, RB, Stagecoach and Talktalk.

Clare Hamilton works in the Strategic Insights & Advisory team at UBS, where she’s spent the last four years helping companies strengthen their investor engagement through data-led insights. Her role blends experienced analysis of corporate language with hands-on management of a uniquely structured investor database used for bespoke targeting exercises.

She partners with clients across industries and regions, offering tailored strategic advice that’s grounded in both data and context. Before joining UBS, Clare completed a Master’s in International Management from King’s College London and a B.S in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
