Since joining the team in 2023, Caroline has led the planning and delivery of IHG’s programme of investor events and roadshows. Prior to this, she held various IR and corporate communications roles at National Grid, Balfour Beatty and Network Rail.

She is particularly interested in ways to improve global investor targeting and access, often through better use of technology. Caroline has two young children and is a keen runner.

Investor Relations Manager, BAT

Jane is an experienced IRO with both an in-house and advisory background. Jane joined the Investor Relations team at BAT in 2023, after working in the Investor Relations team at Tesco. Originally on the sell-side, Jane worked in the City for 20 years – at Citigroup (Equity Research and Corporate Access, working in both New York and London) and then Exane BNP Paribas, providing Corporate Access and IR advisory services to their corporate clients. Jane has a PhD in Animal Behaviour from Bristol University.

Head of Investor Relations - GBG plc

Richard is Head of IR at GBG, a global specialist in location and identity, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM: GBG). Prior to GBG, he had responsibility for investor relations at Aggreko, formerly the FTSE250 listed global leader in temporary power and temperature control. Notable achievements included our capital markets engagement to set out a Net Zero strategy, before working on the $3bn public to private sale of the Group to a private equity consortium in 2021, and its subsequent debt refinancing.

Richard’s background also includes two FTSE 100 multinationals in the energy and aerospace & defence sectors.

Managing Director, Research – Morrow Sodali

Claire Lavery is a Managing Director, Research for Morrow Sodali, where she leads the Investor Research & Insights Practice for the EMEA region, offering corporate clients invaluable insights and research into investor and market perceptions.

Prior to joining Morrow Sodali, Claire established and grew Rivel, Inc.’s European business over the last 12 years. During this time, she also served as a Board Director of the UK’s IR Society for 7 years. Her entry to the world of investor relations was through the industry’s leading publication, IR Magazine, where she was the International Business Director. However, Claire’s career commenced in the legal industry where she spent 10 years working closely with world-leading law firms and in-house general counsel.

Investment Research Technology Sales - VisibleAlpha

Antoni joined Visible Alpha, now part of S&P Global, in 2018 from a macro research consultancy. Since its inception in 2020, he has led the EMEA corporate sales team and was instrumental in building out the corporate IR use case for the Visible Alpha consensus product. As of 2024, over 300 Investor Relations teams globally partner with Visible Alpha, now part of S&P Global, for consensus collection and market sentiment monitoring. In previous years, Antoni worked with key hedge fund and long-only Clients. Antoni holds an MA in Law from SOAS, University of London and an MA in Politics and Central & East European Studies from the University of Glasgow.

Brett oversees for the Annual Reporting offer at RY, leading efforts to enhance RY's reputation for delivering transparent, engaging, and authentic reports that connect with key stakeholders across various channels.

With over 30 years' experience in the industry, Brett provides expert advice to companies on reporting and corporate communication content, guiding them in articulating their strategic narratives to the right audiences.

Currently, Brett spearheads an industry-wide research consultation project on the future of reporting and plays a pivotal role in RY's digital reporting innovation group.
