The DELIVER Programme

The DELIVER programme is the IR Society's senior professional development initiative, which focuses on DEveloping future Leaders through InVEstor Relations.

Running biennially since inception in 2013, the 2026 programme is scheduled to commence in January and run through to mid-2026. Providing a unique opportunity for experienced IR professionals to develop their thinking across the key strategic aspects of the role.

We are delighted to announce that Berenberg will be the new sponsor of the DELIVER Programme for the 2026 intake.

About The DELIVER Programme

The programme features three full days of activity-based learning and discussion, with modules focused on effective market engagement; developing a strategic IR skill set; and personal leadership. Each module is moderated by senior capital markets professionals and professional trainers, making this invitation-only programme truly unique.

The programme also features several less formal evening events, where participants will benefit from:

  • Insights from senior industry leaders and City figures on the challenging situations and roles in which a senior Investor Relations Officer / Board Executive should be involved;
  • A strategic perspective on issues faced by executives active in stakeholder engagement;
  • A forum to discuss key issues facing both buy-side and sell-side and the implications for effective corporate engagement and stewardship;
  • Highly participative sessions designed to get attendees actively involved in the debate;
  • Opportunities to develop a deeper network of contacts with industry peers.

Feedback from previous participants has been extremely positive and we target a high-quality participant list from a cross section of industries and backgrounds, who have expressed an interest in joining the programme.
