Delivering services for members
Like many of you, the executive team is now working remotely, but remains fully available for you and we would like to thank you once again for your understanding and ongoing support. We have made great strides in working to deliver as many of our activities online as possible to allow us to continue to deliver high quality services for our members. Events
The decision was made very early on to move as many of our regular face-to-face events online as soon as possible and this continues to be the case. We have a busy schedule of webinars coming up, covering a wide range of topics, so please to refer to our events page for more information and to register.
Courses & Qualifications
We are making rapid progress with the transition of our courses and the CIR exam online, so that we can continue to support your learning and professional development. We will continue to provide updates on this as they become available, and who knows, this could even be a good opportunity to devote some time to filling a skills gap or studying for a new qualification. Online Resources for Members
Please continue to take advantage of your well-established online membership resources, including the Knowledge Bank, best practice guidelines, white papers, Ask the Board facility and webinar replays available on our website. We are planning to introduce new website functionality for members in the next few weeks, allowing for greater personalisation of content and the introduction of additional resources, such as community forums, so please keep an eye out for announcements on this.
