We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Investor Relations Coordinator / Analyst to join our NYSE listed client, based in London. This role reports to the VP, Investor Relations.

As an integral member of the IR function, you will support all aspects of investor relations activity - from coordinating meetings, events, and roadshows to maintaining the CRM system and preparing key materials for external communications. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the IR programme and gain valuable exposure to analytical work, shareholder engagement, and the company’s broader strategic narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IR diary and scheduling of all core activities, including investor and analyst meetings, internal drafting sessions, results reporting, and roadshows.
  • Maintain and utilise the CRM system for targeting, meeting notes, feedback, and analytical reporting.
  • Coordinate roadshows and investor events, including travel logistics, briefing materials, and close liaison with Executive Assistants.
  • Organise results announcements, Capital Markets Days, and investor conferences.
  • Contribute to the preparation of key IR documents such as results presentations, Q&As, board reports, and the Annual Report.
  • Support shareholder analysis and investor targeting to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Keep the Investors section of the website up to date with accurate and timely information.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the IR function, including diary management, expenses, and invoice processing.

The ideal candidate will bring previous experience supporting an Investor Relations or similar corporate function, ideally within a listed business. With a strong eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing multiple priorities. You’ll also have the curiosity and numerical confidence to take on more analytical IR work, such as updating presentations and tracking market consensus.

Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead – Remote

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a candidate with some fundraising experience to join an early stage Venture Capital firm in a newly created position as Fundraising and IR Manager. The role is a remote working role, or can offer an office environment in Paris or Southern Germany.

The role will work directly for two Partners, and support the team in developing and extending its investor network across family offices, fund of funds and institutional investors across all geographies. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the fundraising strategy and plan, managing the target pipeline and the CRM. As part of the role, you will develop appropriate marketing materials to use on roadshows and events. You will manage all investor outreach communications and manage the relationships of LPs all the way through to closing, including overseeing the due diligence process of new investors. All ongoing investor communications and reporting will be managed by this individual. You will get involved in sector specific content creation for engaging with LPs, working closely with the investment team. The role will involve an element of travel.

The ideal candidate must have previous fundraising experience from all types of investors.  Prior venture capital experience is an advantage, along with global investor outreach. You must be a strong communicator who can excel at building strong relationships with high profile stakeholders. Fluency in French, German or Spanish is a benefit

Role Summary

In this newly created position - reporting to the Group Head of IR - we are looking for an outstanding individual to build the strength of the IR team.  The ideal candidate will be energetic, smart, curious, and well-organised. Main Responsibilities 

Strategic IR Planning & Execution

Analyst Relations & Market Intelligence

Person Specification

Essential:

  • A strong financial background, with excellent modelling, analytical and numerical capabilities. An accountancy qualification is an advantage.

  • A good, working understanding of financial models, equity markets, corporate financials, share register analysis and the regulatory environment.

Investor Relations and Corporate Communications are responsible for all external communications and Investor Relations stakeholder engagement.   • Delivering and driving the preparation of results statements, presentations and supporting documents (including Q&A), together with the Annual Report and quarterly trading statements.

Head of Investor Relations & Communications

Pay: Attractive remuneration

A European headquartered FTSE 250 are looking to appoint a new Head of IR & Communications to report directly in to the Group CFO, based in London.

The role requires representing the company as the day to day contact for all IR matters, leading and executing the IR strategy and all aspects of IR and Communications. You will work closely with the CEO and the C-Suite and must network with all areas of the business. You will maintain and develop strong relationships with investors, analysts, brokers, media agency etc and oversee all materials that are delivered externally. You will manage the half year and annual results process, quarterly trading updates, capital markets days, ARA and other market communications. You will lead investor roadshows and meetings and maintain an appropriate IR engagement plan.  You will work with the UK and international media and monitor events in the news.  You will be required to keep the Board and Senior Management informed of all relevant matters including changes in share price and share register movements and market feedback.

The ideal candidate must have prior inhouse IR experience and be a strong story-teller with extensive capital markets experience. Experience with European businesses would be an advantage. The role will require an element of travel, to the business headquarters and to investor meetings.
