A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a candidate with some fundraising experience to join an early stage Venture Capital firm in a newly created position as Fundraising and IR Manager. The role is a remote working role, or can offer an office environment in Paris or Southern Germany.

The role will work directly for two Partners, and support the team in developing and extending its investor network across family offices, fund of funds and institutional investors across all geographies. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the fundraising strategy and plan, managing the target pipeline and the CRM. As part of the role, you will develop appropriate marketing materials to use on roadshows and events. You will manage all investor outreach communications and manage the relationships of LPs all the way through to closing, including overseeing the due diligence process of new investors. All ongoing investor communications and reporting will be managed by this individual. You will get involved in sector specific content creation for engaging with LPs, working closely with the investment team. The role will involve an element of travel.

The ideal candidate must have previous fundraising experience from all types of investors.  Prior venture capital experience is an advantage, along with global investor outreach. Role Summary

In this newly created position - reporting to the Group Head of IR - we are looking for an outstanding individual to build the strength of the IR team.  The ideal candidate will be energetic, smart, curious, and well-organised. Main Responsibilities 

Strategic IR Planning & Execution

Analyst Relations & Market Intelligence

Person Specification

Essential:

  • A strong financial background, with excellent modelling, analytical and numerical capabilities. An accountancy qualification is an advantage.

  • A good, working understanding of financial models, equity markets, corporate financials, share register analysis and the regulatory environment.

Investor Relations and Corporate Communications are responsible for all external communications and Investor Relations stakeholder engagement.
